| PART # - This is the Part number WE ordered based on your purchase order. If it isn't the same as what you ordered it may have superseded from the part number you ordered, or we may have keyed it wrong. |
| DESCRIPTION - This is the manufacturer's description of the part ordered. |
| PRICE EA - This is YOUR PRICE each. |
| QTY ORD - This is the Original Qty you Ordered. (we do not plus qty until order is invoiced) |
| QTY REC - This is the Number of these items received in our warehouse, the difference between this number and the QTY SHIP column are the number of these parts still in our warehouse. |
| QTY CAN - This is the Qty that has been cancelled from your Purchase Order. This could be a result of the item being cancelled by you, or if the Item is No Longer Available (NLA) we would cancel it, or on occasion the part does not arrive from the manufacturer so we Cancel it from the original order and Reorder it. (You should see another PO for this item on the order tracking page. |
| QTY BO - This is the Qty currently out of stock at OUR SUPPLIER. Therefore the manufacturer or distributor for this item is currently sold out. If a release date or estimated ship date is available it will show in the Notes Section. |
| QTY REF - This is the Qty that we have refunded from your original PO, this could be a part you returned to us, or a part we refunded off the order because it was NLA, or we could have refunded the part and reordered on another special order. |
| QTY SHIP - This is the Qty that we have already shipped you. |
| DATE SHIP - This is the date your parts were shipped to you. The date will be the LAST time we shipped this item if it was shipped on multiple invoices. |
| NOTES - This will include notes on the order from our supplier such as Back Order information, Cross Ship information or supersede information. (S=South, W=West, NLA=No Longer Available, BO=Back Order) |
