Overstock Purchase Program Terms

In order to assist dealers in disposing of overstock items World of Powersports offers the following Overstock Purchase Program.

Normal dealer terms and conditions do not apply to items returned under this program.

All items returned must be in manufacturer's original packaging, with manufacturer's part number on package. Packing MUST NOT have any writing or other labels on it.

We will pay up to 50% of current dealer cost on items we purchase for direct return to the manufacturer. To qualify for this level of credit dealers must be active dealers with the franchise, verify the merchandise is returnable under the manufacture's current SRA program, pick, pack and ship items directly to the manufacture. Under this program World of Powersports DOES NOT take possession of the inventory at any time. These buy-backs are on a as needed basis and may take a full year before processed. In order to receive credit the dealer must verify the inventory is returnable to the manufacturer, forward a list of part numbers and quantities to World of Powersports, Attach manufacturer's return labels (if applicable) and ship goods to manufacturer. Credit will be paid as follows: 50% of credit will be paid when return packing slip/labels are forwarded to dealer, the remaining credit (based on credit actually paid by manufacturer) will be paid when World of Powersports receives credit.

We will pay up to 25% of current dealer cost on items we purchase for direct return to the manufacturer under the same terms as above, except dealer DOES NOT need be a current dealer. Dealer will provide accurate inventory list of items to be sold; World of Powersports will verify inventory is returnable to Manufacture and will request credit from the Manufacturer; upon receipt of packing slip/labels World of Powersports will forward to dealer for packing and return to manufacturer. Credit will be paid as follows: 50% of credit will be paid when return packing slip/labels are forwarded to dealer, the remaining credit (based on credit actually paid by manufacturer) will be paid when World of Powersports receives credit.

We will pay up to 10% of current dealer cost on items purchased from dealer on 'bulk purchase'. These is the most expedient way of getting rid of old inventory. There is no need to wait for World of Powersports to have open SRA for the items being sold. Dealers only need to forward an accurate inventory of the items to be sold. From this list World of Powersports will assign a value and make an offer; if accepted World of Powersports will advance up to 50% of the funds with the balance due being paid upon receiving and inventorying returned items.
